CARLA RAPOSEIRA
Directora do Departamento de Cultura da Fundação INATEL | Director of the Cultural Department of Fundação INATEL
Licenciada em Ciências Musicais pela FCSH|UNL. Colaborou de 1997 a 2009 com o Instituto de Etnomusicologia. Entre 2013 e 2015 dirigiu o Projecto Academia INATEL e é desde 2016 Directora do Departamento de Cultura da Fundação INATEL. Desenvolveu e coordenou vários projetos na área do cinema e audiovisual, designadamente concursos de vídeo, workshops e formações, desenvolvendo parcerias na área do cinema e audiovisual, nomeadamente com os Olhares do Mediterrâneo e o DocLisboa. Promove há 3 anos o Prémio Prática, Tradição e Património – Prémio Fundação Inatel.
Has a degree in Music Sciences. Between 1997 and 2009, she collaborated with the Institute of Ethnomusicology. Director of the INATEL Academy (2013-2015), since 2016 she has been the Executive Director of the Department of Culture of Fundação INATEL. She has developed and coordinated several projects in the area of cinema and audiovisual, including video contests, workshops and training in the area of video and cinema, and promoted several partnerships, namely with Olhares do Mediterrâneo and DocLisboa. For the last three years she has promoted the Practical, Tradition and Heritage Prize – Inatel Foundation Prize.
MANUEL CLARO

Licenciado em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais pela FCSH da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, tem uma Pós-graduação em Práticas Culturais para Municípios pela mesma Faculdade. Foi coordenador executivo no Creative Europe Desk Portugal e responsável pelo Subprograma MEDIA; coordenador executivo do MEDIA Desk Portugal; assessor da Direcção Municipal de Cultura da Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, afecto à Videoteca Municipal e assessor do Vereador da Cultura e dos Recursos Humanos da CML. Actualmente é o film commissioner na Portugal Film Commission.
With a degree in Political Science and International Relations by the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a post-graduation in Cultural Practices for Municipalities by the same university, Manuel Claro was executive coordinator of CED Portugal and responsible for the MEDIA subprogramme; executive coordinator at MEDIA Desk Portugal; adviser to the Cultural department of the Lisbon City Hall; and adviser to the alderman of Culture of Lisbon City Hall. Currently he is film commissioner of the Portugal Film Commission.
NUNO GERVÁSIO
Shortcutz Lisboa/Programador | Shortcutz Lisboa/Programmer
Nasceu em Leiria, em 1975. Actualmente é criativo e argumentista freelancer, consultor digital e produtor de conteúdos mobile (fotografia e vídeo). É responsável e programador do Shortcutz Lisboa, movimento internacional de curtas-metragens. Colabora também com o MOTELX, Festival Internacional de Cinema de Terror de Lisboa. Em 2018, realizou o seu primeiro documentário, “111 Anos e 10 Dias”.
Nuno Gervásio was born in Leiria in 1975. He is currently working as a creative and freelance writer, digital consultant and producer of mobile content (photography and video). He’s the main programmer and host of Shortcutz Lisboa, an international short film movement. He also collaborates with MOTELX, Lisbon International Horror Film Festival. “111 Years and 10 Days” is the first documentary film he directed (2018).
