MANUEL MOZOS

Director
Born in Lisbon, in 1959. He studied Cinema at ESTC, in 1981-84. Director. He has also worked as editor, screenwriter script boy and assistant director. He regularly works for theater, music shows, books, catalogs and periodicals.
Manuel Mozos works at the Cinemateca Portuguesa, in ANIM.

 

NUNO SENA

Director of IndieLisboa and Programmer
Nuno Sena is one of the founders and chief programmers of IndieLisboa Festival Internacional de Cinema Independente, now on its 11th edition. He graduated in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Cinema. Formerly he has worked as an assistant to the Direction of the Portuguese Institute of Cinema and was responsible for the programming and publishing department of the Cinemateca Portuguesa. He has also been a programmer of Doclisboa – Festival Internacional de Cinema Documental 2004-06. Currently, besides directing and programming IndieLisboa, he teaches film history and documentary film in the university.

SOFIA MARQUES

Actress and Director
Sofia Marques studied Theater at Escola Profissional de Teatro de Cascais. She worked regularly as an actress at Teatro da Cornucópia since 1996 and until its closing, where she acted in dozens of plays, mostly directed by Luís Miguel Cintra. She has worked with other theater companies and projects, such as directed by Christine Laurent, Ricardo Aibéo, Carlos Aladro, Ana Zamora, Miguel Moreira, Tonan Quito among others.
She starred in films directed by Jean Claude Biette, João César Monteiro, Raquel Freire, Ivo Ferreira, Lorenzo Bianchini, Inês Oliveira, João Botelho, Christine Laurent, José Maria Vaz da Silva, Manuel Mozos among others. She has also directed documentaries about theater.
She is one of the founders of Sul-Associação Cultural e Artística.
