Jean, um antigo campeão de mergulho que é agora treinador, e a sua filha, Léa, participam na Competição Nacional de Mergulho Júnior, que Léa tem de vencer para se qualificar para o Campeonato Europeu. Jean e Léa têm uma forte relação baseada na paixão do mergulho, mas Jean sempre se manteve rígido para com a sua filha. Enquanto Léa se prepara, Jean confronta Max, o seu adversário histórico, que também se tornou treinador. Quando ele volta para os balneários, Léa desapareceu, e Jean tem de aprender a ser pai.
Jean, a former diving champion who is now a coach, and his daughter Léa attend the National Junior Diving Competition, which Léa needs to win in order to qualify for the European Championship. Jean and Léa have a close bond based on the common passion for diving, but Jean has always kept a stern attitude towards his daughter. While Léa is getting ready, Jean confronts Max, his historical opponent who has also become a coach. When he goes back to the locker room, Léa is gone: now it is time to learn to be a father.
