A história de cinco mulheres e de laços mais fortes do que a morte.
Maria, Pinuccia, Lia, Katia, Antonella. Five sisters live in an apartment facing the sea in the suburbs of Palermo with a flock of doves they rent for ceremonies. On a normal day at the beach, a tragic accident scars their relationship forever. But the love for each other and for their home keeps their existence going, through their childhood, adulthood and old age, as if they were a single living organism. A film about time and family. The story of five women and bonds stronger than death.

A vida de quatro desconhecidos que moram no mesmo bairro em Atenas muda radicalmente quando um grupo de adolescentes faz explodir um marco de correio, provocando a destruição de alguns documentos de importância vital: uma certidão de nascimento, a carta de uma criança abandonada, um conjunto de autocolantes embebidos de LSD… À medida que as narrativas convergem, a dureza da vida de imigrante na Grécia é desvendada.
The lives of four strangers who live in the same neighbourhood of Athens change dramatically when a group of teenagers blows up the neighbourhood’s postbox, destroying some vital documents: a birth certificate, a letter from an abandoned child, a set of LSD-soaked stickers… As the storylines converge, the harshness of an immigrant life in Greece is revealed.
