Max tem 16 anos e faz um estágio numa garagem como mecânica de automóveis. Dá o melhor de si própria e esforça-se muito para lá ficar com um contrato permanente. Contudo, terá de enfrentar a dura realidade de ser mulher num ambiente de homens. 

Maxine is a 16-year-old girl doing an internship at a car garage. While she is working hard and giving her best to secure permanent employment, she will have to face the harsh reality of being a woman in a male environment.
