Um workshop sobre estereótipos de género e sexismo nas obras audiovisuais para realizadoras/es, produtoras/es, gestoras/es de casting e qualquer outra pessoa interessada. O workshop tem como objectivos mostrar como os estereótipos de género e sexistas estão presentes na indústria, na formação e na criação cinematográfica. Procura ainda fornecer informações sobre as políticas de género das entidades europeia que financiam o cinema, nomeadamente Eurimages e Europa Criativa.
 
A workshop for directors, producers, casting managers and any other persons interested in gender stereotypes and sexism in films. The workshop aims at showing how gender and sexist stereotypes are pervasive in mainstream cinema industry, in film education, and in the cinematographic creative process. It also provides information about the gender policies of the European film funding bodies, namely Eurimages and Creative Europe.

In this introductory workshop we will investigate the narratives we’ve been immersed in with regard to gender and explore avenues to create new possibilities for characters. With theoretical moments, through practical exercises, conversations and the exchange of ideas and perceptions, we will create a space for free thinking and writing about female and male non hegemonic characters.
