Este workshop criativo gira em torno de lutas internas, especialmente em partes do mundo, como o Líbano, que muitas vezes são ofuscadas por amplos desafios colectivos. Os participantes serão convidados a refletir sobre os limites invisíveis, mas persistentes, que acabam por determinar as nossas formas de pensar, sentir ou ser. Ao nomear esses constrangimentos, para depois ponderar sobre as palavras e a sua contrapartida visual, os participantes vão explorar outras percepções daquilo que limita a nossa liberdade, através da prática da arte, para poder vir a superá-los.

This creative workshop revolves around inner struggles, especially in the parts of the world such as Lebanon, which are often overshadowed by broad collective challenges. Participants will be invited to reflect on invisible yet persistent boundaries that eventually determine our ways of thinking, feeling or being. By naming these constraints, then pondering on words and their visual counterpart, the participants will explore other perceptions of what limits our freedom, through the practice of art, to eventually overcome them.
